In August of 2017, the young people of New Minowa Players came together to present A Man of No importance, the story of an gay man in 1964 Ireland putting on a production of Salome in his church playhouse. The youth at NMP range in ages from 13-22 and the entire production (lights, sound, scenery, costumes, production management, directing, choreography, orchestra, and musical directing) was put together by a team of 25 of those youth. Jenna found her theatrical roots in the Young People's Production and New Minowa Players, and bases much of her practice on youth involvement and capability of performance excellence.
